Values Statement
The Cost Policy office focuses on working with the campus community and achieving results that benefit everyone. One major component of this is fostering a customer service culture where campus customers feel valued. Additionally, the following values have been integrated in the framework of this office:
- Provide a high level of service that focuses on customer satisfaction;
- Value input from those we assist and recognize the importance of active listening;
- Maintain a keen spirit of teamwork and cooperation in helping fellow employees;
- Employ good business practices and keep a high level of initiative, insight and an ability to understand the larger environment in which we all work;

- Maintain a high level of accountability that includes understanding expectations, providing detailed follow-up plans, maintaining consistency and active involvement.
